Concrete admixture:

Item no:LH-4.

LH-4 ,the admixtures composed of early strength and water reducer, be well with function of early strength and water reducer. Widely used in all kinds of projects to speed the schedule of project.

Appearance : Gray powdery.

Thin : 0.315mm sieve≤12%.

Solid ratio water : ≤8%.

Ph: 7-9.

Chlorine: Non.

Thick liquid mobility: 160mm.

Main function of the technology:

1.     Cementing material for the content of 1.5-2.5%, 10-15% reduction in unit volume of water.

2.     To keep the slump under the same condition, mixing with this product can save 10-15% of cement, not to reduce the intensity.

3.     It is suitable for the maintenance of vapour, the intensity increase rapidly. At the same amount of water and with the slump conditions, concrete strength by 50-120% in one day, 40-100% increase in intensity three-day, 30-80% increase in intensity seven days.

4.     Mixed with this product, the intensity of the concrete still strengthed accordingly.

5.     It is fit to work under the condition of five degrees below zero to thirty degrees.

6.     No influence to the concrete air shrinkage.
